In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Use of the pkvqq Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pkvqq, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where such access would expose you to criminal liability.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account suspended or terminated by pkvqq for any reason.

pkvqq reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

1. One Account per Person: Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile number, and a functional email address.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkvqq will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify us immediately at support@pkvqq.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
5. KYC Verification: Before withdrawing any funds, you must complete our KYC process by submitting a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or Passport) and, where required, a proof of address or bank statement. pkvqq reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.1 Deposits. pkvqq accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Accepted channels include local Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes. Delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or public holidays; pkvqq accepts no liability for such delays.
• pkvqq does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the User's own name and previously used to deposit funds on the Platform.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.
• pkvqq targets a standard withdrawal processing time of fewer than five (5) minutes during business hours (WIB), though processing times may vary based on payment provider schedules.
• pkvqq reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where a User's Account is under investigation for suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules displayed alongside individual games or markets:

• Sufficient Balance: A Wager will only be accepted if you hold sufficient cleared funds in your Account at the time of placement. Wagers cannot be placed on credit.
• Finality of Accepted Bets: Once confirmed by the system, a Wager cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to verify all selections before confirming a Wager.
• Palpable Errors: pkvqq reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, human input error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
• Suspicious Activity: pkvqq reserves the right to void Wagers, suspend Accounts, and withhold Balances where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage abuse, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Individual Wager maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within each product category. pkvqq will not be liable for any amount above the stated maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds or stake placed.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules available in the sportsbook section. In the event one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the applicable odds will be adjusted per standard parlay void rules.

pkvqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and enforced logouts.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent closure of your Account through our support team. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

pkvqq offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day campaigns). All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms of each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific requirement is stated, a default rollover of 10x the bonus amount applies.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, whil e live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
3. One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional Accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and Account suspension.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account Balance without notice.
5. Modification and Withdrawal: pkvqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Wagers already placed at the time of such withdrawal will be honoured under the original promotion terms.
6. Abuse: pkvqq actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of free bet offers, and coordinated group play. Any Account identified as engaging in such activity will have its Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently restricted from future promotional offers.

All content on the pkvqq Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkvqq or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from pkvqq.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or spider to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of pkvqq's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkvqq Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain winnings that would not otherwise be payable. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by pkvqq.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at pkvqq staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of IP obfuscation with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkvqq and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether such loss is direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms that are subject to change.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pkvqq's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkvqq employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required to operate the Platform.

pkvqq reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkvqq holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause prevents pkvqq from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Platform or our services, you should first contact our support team at support@pkvqq.cam. We commit to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.
